Microsoft 365 Reporting & License Optimization
Implemented AdminDroid reporting to replace an outdated monitoring solution, improving visibility and auditing while reducing annual costs from 7,000 SAR to 4,600 SAR. Re-structured Microsoft 365 licensing based on usage analysis, resulting in a 20% annual cost reduction.
Identity & Security Enhancements
Identified and reported a critical Azure AD external invitation vulnerability, leading to improved security controls and reducing unauthorized access risks by 75%. Enforced system and Microsoft 365 security baselines aligned with Microsoft best practices.
SAP HANA Transformation Support
Developed and deployed a comprehensive SAP setup package supporting the transition to SAP HANA, deploying updates to 400+ devices while maintaining uninterrupted business operations.
