About Me

My career began with hands-on technical support, where I supported more than 4,000 users and managed over 1,400 workstations. That experience shaped how I approach IT today — with a strong focus on clarity, practicality, and accessibility.

As I progressed into system administration roles, I became responsible for identity management, virtualization, endpoint security, collaboration platforms, and automation. I’ve managed large Active Directory environments, administered Microsoft 365 services, and overseen VMware virtual infrastructures tailored to business needs.

In addition to technical roles, my background includes customer-facing experience in retail, where I learned the importance of communication, trust, and understanding real user needs. This experience strengthened my ability to translate technical solutions into outcomes that support people and business operations alike.

Today, that perspective helps me design IT systems that are not only secure and efficient, but also intuitive and practical for users.

Outside of daily operations, I design security awareness posters and participate in local community projects. These activities allow me to contribute beyond infrastructure and remain focused on how technology can positively impact people.

When I’m not working on systems or learning new technologies, I enjoy connecting with like-minded individuals over coffee.
